Welcome to the EWA Awards

The Education Writers Association’s National Awards for Education Reporting seek to advance education journalism by recognizing the field’s very best efforts. 

EWA is accepting entries into the awards program from Nov. 15, 2023 through 6:00 p.m. Eastern Jan. 9, 2024. Rules, category definitions, FAQ and past winners can all be found on our website: EWA.org/ewa-awards.

If this is your first time on the EWA Awards website, Welcome! You'll need to create an account. You can do that by clicking on the Create a New Account link.

If you entered the EWA Awards in 2021 or 2022, then you can sign in by entering your information in the boxes to the left. To start a new entry, click on the "Submit" button at the top of your screen.

If you entered the EWA Awards in 2021 or 2022 using an email address to which you no longer have access, but you can remember your password, you can sign in and then update your email address. If you can't remember your old password, you'll have to start a new account.

(Note: Your awards account is separate from your EWA membership account.)
